Welcome to les Chemins de Berdis , a guest house located in Montfort-en-Chalosse , in the heart of Chalosse in the Landes region .

Our guest house welcomes you all year long for a natural stay in the Landes , in a calm and preserved environment between hills, our orchard and farm animals.

Located near Dax , our guest house is the perfect starting point for discovering Chalosse , its villages , its markets and the Southwest gastronomy.

A former Landes farmhouse turned into a guest house

Berdis is a former 19th-century farmhouse that is gradually regaining its original functions: farm animals, orchard, vegetable garden and artisanal processing.

We wanted to make this place a simple and authentic country guesthouse in the Landes region , where travelers can slow down and enjoy a stay close to nature.

Calm, space and friendliness are part of the experience we wish to share with our visitors.

Our bed and breakfast in the Landes region

Our house offers four comfortable guest rooms that can accommodate up to eight people:

• Blanche

• Simone

• Leslie

Each room has its own story and features a double bed , a bathroom and a private toilet to ensure comfort and privacy.

In the morning, we serve a homemade breakfast made with products produced on site:
bread, yogurts, granola, jams, pastries and/or cakes.

For dinner, you can also enjoy our table d'hôtes , prepared with local and seasonal products (upon our availability ; previous anticipated reservation mandatory).

A farm stay in Chalosse

Staying at les Chemins de Berdis also means discovering life in an agroecological farm in the Landes region .

On site, you will be able to meet our farm animals:
chickens, ducks, quails, pigs, Kune Kune and our donkey Bourriquet, the latest arrived at the farm.

We are also developing an agroecological orchard with many varieties of fruit trees, grown with respect for nature.

Depending on the season, we transform the harvests into gourmet products: jams, syrups, fruit pastes for the sweet side, but also pickles and chili oils and sauces for those who like stronger sensations.

Nature, walks and discoveries around the house

Many activities are possible from home:

• walks or bike rides in the Chalosse countryside

• exploring the village

• visit to the Chalosse Museum

• Walk along the Voie verte de Chalosse Green
